- What are credits and how do they work?
- Credits are a unified currency for paid services: 1 credit = $0.001. OCR costs 7–30 credits per page (depending on model), transcription is ~150 credits per minute, and translation is quoted per book. Plan subscribers get a monthly credit allocation; anyone can top up at any time, and top-up credits never expire.
- How can I cancel my subscription?
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until this date.
- What are the usage limits?
- Each plan includes a defined number of chat requests per month plus a monthly credit allocation for OCR, translation, and transcription. Plan credits reset every month; top-up credits never expire. Once limits are reached you can wait for renewal, upgrade, or top up credits anytime.
- What payment methods do you accept?
