Sami ibn Jad Allah

Full name: Abu Sulayman Sami ibn Muhammad ibn al-Bashir ibn Jad Allah.

His place in the contemporary scholarly milieu: Sheikh Sami ibn Jad Allah (may Allah preserve him) has established himself as one of the most active muhaqqiqun of his generation in the field of the works of Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyya and Imam Ibn al-Qayyim. He actively participates in the monumental Athar Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyya project. His major edited works include Al-Ikhtiyarat al-Fiqhiyya and the critical edition of Muqaddima fi Usul at-Tafsir by Ibn Taymiyya. He represents a precious generation of contemporary muhaqqiqun who work so that the scholarly treasure of the imams of Ahl as-Sunna reaches current generations in rigorous and reliable editions.
