Muḥammad ibn al-Ḥakam narrated to us; al-Naḍr ibn Shumayl narrated; Isrāʾīl narrated; Saʿd al-Ṭāʾī narrated; Maḥill ibn Khalīfah, from ʿAdī ibn Ḥātim, reported: “While I was in the company of the Prophet ﷺ, he said, ‘One of you will surely meet Allah, and He will say to him, “Did I not send a messenger to you who conveyed (My message) to you?”’”
