ʿAmr ibn ʿĀṣim narrated to us; Hammām narrated to us, from Qatādah:

Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) was asked, “How did the Messenger of Allah ﷺ recite?” He replied, “He would prolong the words.” He then recited, “In the name of Allah” (al-Fātiḥah 1), lengthening “In the name of Allah,” and likewise lengthening “the Most Compassionate” and “the Most Merciful.”
