Adam narrated to us; Shuʿbah narrated to us; Abu Iyās narrated to us. I heard ʿAbd Allah ibn Mughafal (may Allah be pleased with him) say: “I saw the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) riding on his she-camel—or on a camel of his—as it walked along, and he was reciting Sūrah al-Fath, or portions of Sūrah al-Fath, in a soft, gentle voice, modulating its tones as he recited.”
