from Ibn ʿUmar, who said:
“A man belched in the presence of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and he said”—then he cited it.
It was narrated by al-Tirmidhi (2/78) and Ibn Majah (3350). Al-Tirmidhi said: “A singular hadith through this route.”
I say: That is, weak, because Yahya ibn Muslim al-Bakkaʾ is weak, and ʿAbd al-ʿAziz ibn ʿAbdullah al-Qurashi is rejected in hadith, as stated in al-Taqrib.
Ibn Abi Hatim said in al-ʿIlal (2/139), quoting his father: “This is a rejected hadith.”

“Abu Juḥayfah never again ate his fill until he departed this world.”
It was narrated by Ibn Abi al-Dunya in al-Juʿ (2/2), through al-Walid ibn ʿAmr ibn Saj, from him.
I say: This al-Walid is weak; Ibn Maʿin, al-Nasaʾi, and others declared him weak.
However, he was not alone in narrating it. Ibn Abi Hatim said in al-ʿIlal (2/123):
“I heard my father mention a hadith that was in the book of ʿAmr ibn Marzuq, but which he did not narrate, from Malik ibn Mighwal, from ʿAwn ibn Abi Juḥayfah …” He then cited it. “I heard my father say: ‘This is …’
