A manīḥah is when a man lends his brother a she-camel or a sheep, so that he may milk it for a year, or less or more, benefiting from its milk, and then return it. This is permissible ...”
Al-Baghawi said this in Sharh al-Sunnah (6/164).
I then found Ibn al-Mubarak narrating the hadith in al-Zuhd (779), from al-Mubarak ibn Fudalah, from al-Hasan, as a mursal report with similar wording. Al-Mubarak ibn Fudalah practised tadlis, in addition to the report’s being mursal. *
3602—“Is any one of you incapable of earning a thousand good deeds every day?!” A questioner among those sitting with him asked, “How can one of us earn a thousand good deeds?” He said, “He glorifies Allah one hundred times, and a thousand good deeds are recorded for him, or a thousand sins are erased from him.”
Muslim narrated it (8/71), as did al-Tirmidhi (3463), al-Nasa’i in Amal al-Yawm wa-al-Laylah (152), Ibn Hibban (825), Ahmad (1497, 1563, 1612, and 1613), al-Haythami al-Shashi in his Musnad (66), ‘Abd ibn Humayd in his Musnad (134—al-Muntakhab minhu), al-Humaydi (80), Ibn Abi Shaybah (10/294), al-Tabarani in al-Du‘a’ (1702, 1703, 1704, 1705, and 1706), al-Bayhaqi in al-Da‘awat al-Kabir (129) and al-Shu‘ab (600), al-Baghawi in Sharh al-Sunnah (1266), Abu Nu‘aym in Ma‘rifat al-Sahabah (537) and Akhbar Isfahan (1/83), Abu Ya‘la (723 and 829), al-Bazzar (1160—its supplementary reports), and al-Hasan ibn ‘Arafah in his Juz’ (79), through various chains from Musa al-Juhani, from Mus‘ab ibn Sa‘d, who said: My father related to me:
“We were with the Messenger of Allah, and he said: ...” Then he mentioned it.
