Whoever has the audacity to attribute to Allah something of which He has no knowledge—because it has no reality—would be even more likely to attribute to other creatures of His, exalted is He, something contrary to the facts. Thus, on p. 20, he ascribes to Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah the view that it is impermissible for a woman in ihram to wear a face veil, because it delineates the principal features of a woman’s face and consequently leads to temptation. This is a lie against the Shaykh, whether deliberate or arising from misunderstanding—and both may be combined. At the very least, it shows that he is ignorant and does not understand the words of the scholars. This is not the place to demonstrate that; Allah is the One whose help is sought! *
