As for the hadith cited in the heading, al-Haythamī (9/324) said: “It was narrated by Aḥmad and al-Ṭabarānī, and the narrators of both are those of the Ṣaḥīḥ.” He then mentioned a corroborating report from the hadith of ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn Abzā, abridging the story. However, the source reference for the hadith and the discussion of it were omitted, whether by the copyist or the printer. And Allah knows best.
2965 — “He set out [for Khaybar] when he appointed Sibāʿ ibn ʿUrfuṭah as his deputy over Medina. Abū Hurayrah said: I arrived in Medina as an emigrant and prayed the dawn prayer behind Sibāʿ. [In the first rakʿah, he recited ‘Kāf Hā Yā ʿAyn Ṣād,’] and in the second rakʿah he recited ‘Woe to Those Who Give Less [Than Due].’ Abū Hurayrah said: During the prayer, I said: ‘Woe to the father of so-and-so! He has two measures: when he takes by measure, he takes the full amount, but when he gives by measure, he gives less.’ When we had finished our prayer, we went to Sibāʿ, and he provided us with provisions until we came to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, after he had conquered Khaybar. He spoke to the Muslims, and they included us in their shares.”

The wording is that of al-Fasawī; al-Bukhārī, al-Bazzār, and al-Ḥākim give it in abridged form, while the additional material is from Aḥmad, Ibn Saʿd, and al-Bayhaqī. Al-Ḥākim said:
