Third, it is likewise not mentioned in the second passage of al-Mustadrak. And Allah knows best.
2728 — “Indeed, Allah will call out on the Day of Resurrection: ‘Where are My neighbors? Where are My neighbors?’ The angels will say: ‘Our Lord, who is worthy to be Your neighbor?’ He will say: ‘Where are those who frequent the mosques?’”
Al-Ḥārith ibn Abī Usāmah recorded it in his Musnad (16/1): Muḥammad ibn Jaʿfar al-Warakānī related to us: al-Muʿtamir ibn Sulaymān related to us, from Fayyāḍ ibn Ghazwān, from Muḥammad ibn ʿAṭiyyah, from Anas, who said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said it. I say: This is a sound chain of transmission. Its narrators are trustworthy and are included among the narrators of al-Tahdhīb, apart from Fayyāḍ ibn Ghazwān. Ibn Abī Ḥātim gave his biographical notice (3/2/87), recording transmissions from him by a number of trustworthy narrators; and he reported that Imam Aḥmad said of him: “A trustworthy shaykh.” This is likewise found in Imam Aḥmad’s al-ʿIlal wa Maʿrifat al-Rijāl (1/351/2309). Ibn Ḥibbān also declared him trustworthy, including him among the Successors of the Successors in his book al-Thiqāt.
As for Muḥammad ibn ʿAṭiyyah, Ibn Ḥibbān included him among the trustworthy Successors and said: “He narrates from his father—who was a Companion—and was counted among the people of Yemen. ʿUrwah narrated from him.” Al-Bukhārī and Ibn Abī Ḥātim likewise mentioned that ʿUrwah narrated from him, without mentioning any other narrator from him. It was perhaps for this reason that al-Dhahabī said in al-Mīzān: “His son, the amir ʿUrwah, was alone in narrating from him.”
