As you can see, neither of the two makes any mention of this Sarīʿ. The hadith has corroborating reports from a number of Companions:
The first is Abū Umāmah al-Bāhilī, attributed to the Prophet, with the wording: “My Lord promised me seventy thousand ...” the hadith. Aḥmad narrated it (5/250) from Ṣafwān ibn ʿAmr, from Sulaym ibn ʿĀmir al-Khabāʾirī and Abū al-Yamān al-Hawzanī, from him. I say: Its chain of transmission is authentic. Muḥammad ibn Ziyād al-Alhānī also corroborated them, saying: “I heard Abū Umāmah relate it.” It was narrated by al-Tirmidhī (2439), Ibn Mājah (2/574), and Aḥmad as well. Al-Tirmidhī said: “It is a good, singular hadith.” I say: Its Syrian chain of transmission is authentic.
The second is Ḥudhayfah ibn al-Yamān, attributed to the Prophet, with the wording given in the heading, as part of a hadith. Aḥmad narrated it (5/393). Its chain contains Ibn Lahīʿah.
The third is Abū Ayyūb al-Anṣārī, attributed to the Prophet, with similar wording. Aḥmad narrated it (5/413). Its chain also contains Ibn Lahīʿah.
The fourth is Abū Hurayrah, attributed to the Prophet, with similar wording. Aḥmad narrated it (2/359). I say: Its chain is acceptable for corroborative purposes.
