However, Darrāj is known for narrating objectionable reports.
The fourth is from Anas ibn Mālik, in a report attributed to the Prophet: “If a stone weighing as much as seven pregnant she-camels, together with their fat and offspring, were cast into Hell, it would fall for seventy years without reaching its bottom.” Abū Yaʿlā (3/1014) narrated it from Yazīd al-Raqāshī, from him. I say: Its narrators are trustworthy, apart from Yazīd al-Raqāshī, who is weak; but the next report corroborates it.
The fifth is from one of the scholars, who related that Muʿādh ibn Jabal used to report that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said—and he mentioned it similarly to the hadith of Anas. Al-Ṭabarānī narrated it, and its transmitters are those of the Ṣaḥīḥ collections, except that the narrator from Muʿādh is unnamed, as stated in al-Targhīb (4/231) and Majmaʿ al-Zawāʾid (10/389). A corroborating report through Abū Umāmah is also narrated by al-Ṭabarānī, with a chain containing weak narrators whom Ibn Ḥibbān deemed trustworthy.
2166 — “My beloved friend, peace and blessings be upon him, enjoined seven things upon me: he enjoined upon me love for the poor and drawing near to them; he enjoined upon me to look to those below me and not to look to those above me; he enjoined upon me to maintain the ties of kinship, even if they turn away; he enjoined upon me not to ask anyone for anything; he enjoined upon me to speak the truth even if it is bitter; and he enjoined upon me not to fear, for Allah’s sake, the blame of any blamer,”
