45 – Zayd ibn Akhzam al-Ṭāʾī narrated to us; he said: ʿAbd al-Malik ibn ʿAmr, Abū ʿĀmir, narrated to us; he said: ʿAbd al-Jalīl ibn ʿAṭiyyah narrated to us, from Jaʿfar ibn Maymūn, who said: ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn Abī Bakrah related to me, from his father, from the Prophet ﷺ, who said:

“The supplication of the distressed is:
‘O Allah, there is no god but You. I hope for Your mercy; so do not leave me to my own devices for the blink of an eye. Set right all of my affairs—both of this world and the Hereafter—with Your pardon and well-being. There is no god but You.’”
