41 – Khalid ibn Khidash narrated to us, saying: al-Mu‘alla al-Warraq narrated to us, saying: I heard Malik ibn Dinar say, “I mixed my flour with ashes, whereupon I became too weak to stand for prayer. Had I been able to keep up the prayer, I would have eaten nothing else.”
