252 – Hārūn ibn ʿAbd Allāh narrated to us; he said: Maʿan ibn ʿĪsā narrated to us, from Muʿāwiyah ibn Ṣāliḥ, from Abū al-Zāhiriyyah, who said:

“David—peace be upon him—used to weave baskets, sell them, and live on the income he earned from them.”
