230 – Muhammad ibn Idris related to me, from Abu Ishaq at-Talqani, from al-Fudayl ibn ʿIyad, who said: A dish of faludhaj was presented to Malik ibn Dinar, whereupon he said to his own soul, “Mahsh!”—meaning, “Do not even taste it.”
