198 – Muhammad said: al-‘Abbas ibn al-Fadl al-Azraq narrated to us; he said: Abu Sa‘id, the shepherd, narrated to us; he said: I heard al-Hasan say, “By Allah, life is nothing but subsistence; the believer has no share of luxury in this world.”
١٩٨ - قَالَ مُحَمَّدٌ: وَحَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْأَزْرَقِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ صَاحِبُ الْغَنَمِ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الْحَسَنَ، يَقُولُ: «وَاللَّهِ مَا هُوَ إِلَّا التَّقَوُّتُ؛ لَيْسَ لِلْمُؤْمِنِ مِنَ التَّنَعُّمِ فِي الدُّنْيَا شَيْءٌ»
