- Muhammad said: Yahya ibn Ishaq narrated to us; he said: Hisham ibn Lahiq narrated to us, from a man of Sanaʿa, from Wahb ibn Munabbih, who said: “Hunger is the body’s purification; through it the body becomes clear and refined.”
١٩٥ - قَالَ مُحَمَّدُ: وَحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ لَاحِقٍ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ صَنْعَاءَ، عَنْ وَهْبِ بْنِ مُنَبِّهٍ، قَالَ: «الْجُوعُ ذَكَاةُ الْبَدَنِ، بِهِ يصْفُو وَيَرِقُّ»
