177 – Abu ʿAli al-Marwazi narrated to me; he said: ʿAbdan ibn ʿUthman informed us; he said: ʿAbd Allah informed us; he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from Sulayman, from Abu Waʾil, from Yasar ibn Numayr, who said: “I never sifted flour for ʿUmar ibn al-Khattab without thereby disobeying him.”
١٧٧ - حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدَانُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ، عَنْ يَسَارِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ، قَالَ: «مَا نَخَلْتُ لِعُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ قَطُّ دَقِيقًا إِلَّا وَأَنَا لَهُ عَاصٍ»
