23 – Ahmad ibn ʿUthmān al-Awdi narrated to us; he said: Qāsim ibn Qays al-Nakhaʿī narrated to us; he said: Ḥumayd ibn al-Muthannā narrated to us, from Abū Jaʿfar, who said: “When the stomach is filled, the body becomes defiant.”
