142 – Muhammad narrated to me; he said: Yahya ibn Bistam narrated to me; he said: Abu ʿUthman al-Miʿwali narrated to me; he said: I heard Abu ʿImran al-Jawni say, “It was commonly said: Whoever wishes to have his heart illuminated should eat sparingly.”
