88 – ʿAli b. Jaʿfar al-Ahmar said: I heard my father relate that Ayyub used to say, “Overeating is the stomach’s disease and only increases putrefaction.”
٨٨ - وَقَالَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْأَحْمَرِ: سَمِعْتُ أَبِي يَقُولُ: كَانَ أَيُّوبُ يَقُولُ: «كَثْرَةُ الْأَكْلِ دَاءُ الْبَطْنِ، وَزِيَادَةٌ فِي النَّتِنِ»
