is other than it—and that He is not an accident] (1), nor is He in a place, for otherwise He would be originated. Rather, they declare Him transcendent above any resemblance to created beings.
They also hold that He Most High has power over all possible things, and that He is just (2) and wise: He wrongs no one and does nothing evil—for otherwise that would entail ignorance or need (3), and Allah is exalted above both. He rewards the obedient lest He be unjust, and He either pardons the sinner or punishes him for his offense without wronging him.
They hold that His acts are well-ordered [perfectly executed] (4) and are performed for a purpose and a benefit; otherwise, He would be acting in vain. He—Glorified and Exalted—is reported as saying:

They also hold that He sent the prophets to guide the world; that He Most High cannot be seen or perceived by any of the senses (6), because He Most High says:
“No vision can encompass Him, but He encompasses all vision.”
[Surah al-Anʿām: 103] (7)
