And Allah Most High said:

“Indeed, We have placed shackles around their necks, reaching up to their chins, so their heads are forced upward. And We have placed a barrier before them and a barrier behind them, and have covered them, so they cannot see.”

[Surah Yā Sīn: 8, 9]

And Allah Most High said:

“He made me blessed wherever I may be, enjoined prayer and zakat upon me for as long as I live, and made me dutiful to my mother. He did not make me arrogant and wretched.”

[Surah al-Anbiyā’: 73]

And Allah Most High said:

“And We made them leaders who guided by Our command.”

[Surah al-Anbiyā’: 73]

And He said concerning the Children of Israel:

“And We made from among them leaders who guided by Our command when they remained steadfast and had certainty in Our signs.”

[Surah al-Sajdah: 24]

And He said concerning the house of Pharaoh:

“And We made them leaders who called to the Fire, and on the Day of Resurrection they will not be helped.”

[Surah al-Qasas: 41]

And He said concerning His intimate friend—peace be upon him:

“My Lord, make me one who establishes prayer, and likewise some of my descendants. Our Lord, accept my supplication.”

[Surah Ibrāhīm: 40]

And he said:

“Our Lord, I have settled some of my descendants in a barren valley near Your Sacred House, our Lord, so that they may establish prayer. Therefore, make the hearts of some people incline toward them.”

And Allah Most High said:

“And a sign for them is that We carried their descendants in the laden ship, and created for them others like it which they ride.”

[Surah Yā Sīn: 41, 42]

Ships are among the things fashioned by the children of Adam.

This is like His saying, Most High:

“Allah created you and what you make.”

[Surah al-Sāffāt: 96]
