On every one of these issues, the leading scholars of the Rāfidah [who agree] with the Mu‘tazilah (1) are unable to substantiate their position against their earlier brethren among [the Rāfidah] (2), let alone against the other sects.
The second volume is complete, praise be to Allah. It is followed by the third volume, Allah willing, which begins:
(Section): The Rāfidi said: “Others held that Allah Most High is incapable of bringing about the like of what a servant can bring about.”

وَكُلُّ مَقَامٍ مِنْ هَذِهِ الْمَقَامَاتِ تَعْجِزُ شُيُوخُ الرَّافِضَةِ

عَنْ تَقْرِيرِ قَوْلِهِمْ فِيهِ عَلَى إِخْوَانِهِمُ الْقُدَمَاءِ مِنَ

فَضْلًا، عَنْ غَيْرِهِمْ مِنَ الطَّوَائِفِ.
تَمَّ الْجُزْءُ الثَّانِي بِحَمْدِ اللَّهِ وَيَلِيهِ الْجُزْءُ الثَّالِثُ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ وَأَوَّلُهُ:
(فَصْلٌ)
: قَالَ الرَّافِضِيُّ: وَذَهَبَ آخَرُونَ إِلَى أَنَّ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى لَا يَقْدِرُ عَلَى مِثْلِ مَقْدُورِ الْعَبْدِ.
