Chapter: The prohibition of a wife’s refusing her husband’s bed when he summons her and she has no lawful excuse

1749 – Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “When a man calls his wife to his bed and she declines, so he spends the night angry with her, the angels curse her until morning.” Agreed upon. In another wording: “…until she returns.”
