Another relevant narration is that of Hudhayfah and Hafsah (may Allah be pleased with them both): whenever the Prophet ﷺ lay down, he would place his right hand beneath his right cheek and say, “O Allah, protect me from Your punishment on the Day You resurrect Your servants.”

All of these invocations are authentically reported from the Prophet ﷺ. A Muslim should memorize them and recite them exactly as the Prophet ﷺ did. Allah alone grants success.
