illā-llāh, wa lā ḥawla wa lā quwwata illā bi-llāh, and then dies while those words are still upon his tongue, the Fire will not touch him. In other words, this is among the means by which a person becomes forbidden to Hell. Therefore, a believer should memorize this remembrance and repeat it often during illness so that his life may be sealed with goodness, if Allah so wills. Allah is the One who grants success.
