came here, in truth, living from hand to mouth, looking only for a bite of bread; he has no motive of proud defiance. Had we invited him with kindness and encouraged him, we would have reaped abundant good and many people would have been guided through us. Yet we are heedless of this call to the truth. What we ought to do is seize every opportunity in such matters, and Allah is the One who grants success.
