“…and remember Allah’s favour upon you: when you were enemies, He joined your hearts together, and by His grace you became brothers.”

We ask Allah to guide us and you to the finest character and the best of deeds, for none can guide to the finest of them but Him; and to turn from us vile character and evil deeds, for none can turn them away but Him.

893 – Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet ﷺ kissed al-Hasan ibn ʿAlī (may Allah be pleased with him). Thereupon al-Aqraʿ ibn Ḥābis said, “I have ten children and I have never kissed any one of them.” The Messenger of Allah ﷺ replied, “Whoever shows no mercy will receive no mercy.” Agreed upon.
