Chapter: The permissibility of wearing silk for one who suffers from itching
810 – Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) granted Zubayr and ʿAbd al-Rahman ibn ʿAwf (may Allah be pleased with both of them) a concession to wear silk because of the itching that afflicted them.
