868—Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn Abi Muslim informed us; he said: Ahmad ibn al-Hasan related to us; he said: Yazid ibn Jahwar al-Tarsusi related to us; he said: Mus'ab ibn Sa'id related to us; he said: al-Mu'afa ibn 'Imran related to us, from Ibrahim ibn Yazid, from ⦗555⦘ Sulayman al-Ahwal, from Tawus, who said:

“Those given to disputation and analogical reasoning will remain occupied with disputation and analogical reasoning until they deny the Beatific Vision and oppose the sunnah.”
