Sharh Usul Itiqad Ahl al-Sunnah wa-al-Jamaah - Al-Lalakai - (3/546)

852 — Ali ibn Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn Bakr informed us; al-Hasan ibn Uthman informed us; Ya'qub ibn Sufyan related to us; Muhammad ibn al-Musaffa related to us; Suwayd ibn Abd al-Aziz related to us; Amr ibn Khalid related to us, from Zayd ibn Ali, from his father, from his grandfather Ali ibn Abi Talib, who said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:

“The people of Paradise will see their Lord every Friday,” and he mentioned what they will be given. He then said: “Then He, exalted is He, will say, ‘Remove a veil,’ and a veil will be removed, then another veil; then He, exalted is He, will reveal Himself to them by unveiling His Face, such that it will be as though they had never seen any blessing before that.” This is His saying, exalted is He: “And with Us is yet more.” [Qaf 50:35]

٨٥٢ - أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ بَكْرٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، قَالَ: ثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، قَالَ: ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُصَفَّى، قَالَ: ثَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، قَالَ: ثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ خَالِدٍ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ: " يَرَوْنَ أَهْلُ الْجَنَّةِ الرَّبَّ ﵎ فِي كُلِّ جُمُعَةٍ , وَذَكَرَ مَا يُعْطَوْنَ , قَالَ: ثُمَّ يَقُولُ ﵎: اكْشِفُوا حِجَابًا فَيُكْشَفُ حِجَابٌ ثُمَّ حِجَابٌ ثُمَّ يَتَجَلَّى لَهُمْ ﵎ عَنْ وَجْهِهِ فَكَأَنَّهُمْ لَمْ يَرَوْا نِعْمَةً قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ , وَهُوَ قَوْلُهُ ﵎ ﴿وَلَدَيْنَا مَزِيدٌ﴾ [ق: ٣٥] "
