799 — Ahmad ibn Muhammad informed us; he said: Umar informed us; he said: Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Sa'id related to us; he said: Ahmad ibn al-Hasan al-Khazzaz related to us. My father related to us; he said: Husayn—that is, Ibn Mukharik—related to us, from Abd al-Samad, from his father, from Ibn Abbas, concerning His saying, exalted is He:

“On that Day some faces will be radiant, looking toward their Lord.” [Quran 75:22–23]

He said: “Joyful, looking toward their Lord.” He said: “They will look upon their Lord.”
