699—Muhammad ibn Abd al-Rahman informed us; he said: Yahya ibn Muhammad ibn Sa'id informed us; he said: al-Husayn ibn al-Hasan informed us; he said: Sufyan ibn Uyaynah informed us, from Amr ibn Dinar, who heard Amr ibn Aws al-Thaqafi narrating from Abd Allah ibn Amr, tracing it back to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him:

“Those who are just will be with Allah on the Day of Resurrection upon pulpits of light, at the right hand of the Most Merciful—and both His hands are right hands: those who are just in their judgments, with their families, and in whatever authority they are entrusted with.”

Al-Bukhari and Muslim transmitted it.
