694—Ahmad ibn Ubayd informed us; he said: Ali ibn Abd Allah ibn Mubashshir informed us; he said: Ahmad ibn Sinan narrated to us; he said: Abd al-Rahman ibn Mahdi narrated to us, from Shubah, from Amr ibn Murrah, from Abu Ubaydah, from Abu Musa.

695—And Ahmad informed us; he said: Ali informed us; he said: Ahmad ibn Sinan narrated to us; he said: Bahz ibn Asad narrated to us; he said: Shubah narrated to us; he said: Amr ibn Murrah narrated to us; he said: I heard Abu Ubaydah narrating from Abu Musa that the Prophet ﷺ said:

“Indeed, Allah stretches out His Hand by day so that the sinner of the night may repent, and He stretches out His Hand by night so that the sinner of the day may repent, until the sun rises from the west.”

Muslim transmitted it.
