687—Muhammad ibn al-Husayn al-Farisi and Ubayd Allah ibn Ahmad al-Muqri informed us. They said: Ahmad ibn al-Ala informed us. He said: Yusuf ibn Musa narrated to us. He said: Abu Muawiyah narrated to us. He said: al-Amash narrated to us, from Said ibn Jubayr, from Abu Abd al-Rahman, from Abu Musa, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “No one is more patient than Allah in bearing the hurtful things He hears: partners are ascribed to Him and a child is attributed to Him, yet He grants them well-being, protects them, and provides for them.” Muslim transmitted it through Jarir, and al-Bukhari through al-Amash.
