And ‘Abd al-Rahman also related it, saying: Ja‘far ibn Ahmad ibn ‘Isa al-Razi narrated to us; Abu Musa Harun ibn Abi ‘Alqamah narrated to me; I heard ‘Abd al-Malik ibn ‘Abd al-‘Aziz al-Majishun say: “Whoever suspends judgment concerning the Quran out of doubt is like one who says that it is created.”
وَذَكَرَهُ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ قَالَ: ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عِيسَى الرَّازِيُّ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو مُوسَى هَارُونُ بْنُ أَبِي عَلْقَمَةَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ الْمَلِكِ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ الْمَاجِشُونَ يَقُولُ: «مَنْ وَقَفَ فِي الْقُرْآنِ بِالشَّكِّ فَهُوَ مِثْلُ مَنْ قَالَ مَخْلُوقٌ»
