520 - Al-Hasan ibn Ahmad al-Tabari informed us: Yusuf ibn Ali al-Ruyani related to us: Muhammad ibn Hamdan al-Tara’ifi al-Baghdadi related to us: “I asked al-Rabi‘ ibn Sulayman about the Quran, and he said: ‘It is the Speech of Allah, uncreated. Whoever says otherwise—if he falls ill, do not visit him; and if he dies, do not attend his funeral. He is a disbeliever in Allah, the Magnificent.’”
