- Abdullah ibn Muhammad al-Muqri’ informed us: Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Ali ibn al-Fadl al-Hashimi al-Samiri informed us; al-Hasan ibn Arafah narrated to us; Yazid ibn ⦗58⦘ Harun narrated to us, from Sufyan ibn Husayn, from al-Hasan, from Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: “Whoever establishes a good practice of guidance which is then followed shall have its reward and the equivalent of the rewards of those who follow it, without anything being diminished from their rewards. And whoever establishes a practice of misguidance which is then followed shall bear its sin and the equivalent of the sins of those who follow it, without anything being diminished from their sins.”
٧ - أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُقْرِئُ , أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ الْهَاشِمِيُّ السَّامِرِيُّ , ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَرَفَةَ , ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ ⦗٥٨⦘ هَارُونَ , عَنْ سُفْيَانَ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ , عَنِ الْحَسَنِ , عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ , عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ: «مَنْ سَنَّ سُنَّةً حَسَنَةً هُدًى فَاتُّبِعَ عَلَيْهَا , كَانَ لَهُ أَجْرُهُ وَمِثْلُ أُجُورِ مَنِ اتَّبَعَهُ غَيْرُ مَنْقُوصٍ مِنْ أُجُورِهِمْ شَيْءٌ , وَمَنْ سَنَّ سُنَّةَ ضَلَالَةٍ فَاتُّبِعَ عَلَيْهَا كَانَ عَلَيْهِ وِزْرُهُ وَمِثْلُ أَوْزَارِ مَنِ اتَّبَعَهُ غَيْرُ مَنْقُوصٍ مِنْ أَوْزَارِهِمْ شَيْءٌ»
