471 — Ali ibn Umar ibn Ibrahim informed us: Mukram ibn Ahmad narrated to us: Ahmad ibn Atiyyah narrated to us: Sa'id ibn Mansur narrated to us: I heard Ibn al-Mubarak say: “By Allah, Abu Hanifah did not die holding that the Quran was created, nor did he worship Allah upon that belief.”
