Muhammad informed us: Ahmad informed us: Abdullah ibn Ahmad related to us: Abdullah ibn Ishaq related to us: I heard al-Hasan ibn Musa al-Ashyab say: “I seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the accursed. ⦗289⦘ In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Especially Merciful. [al-Fatihah: 1] You alone we worship, and You alone we ask for help. [al-Fatihah: 5]” Al-Hasan said, “Is this created?”
وَأَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ , أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الْحَسَنَ بْنَ مُوسَى الْأَشْيَبَ يَقُولُ: " أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ ⦗٢٨٩⦘ الرَّجِيمِ , ﴿بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ﴾ [الفاتحة: ١] , ﴿إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ﴾ [الفاتحة: ٥] قَالَ الْحَسَنُ: أَمَخْلُوقٌ هَذَا؟
