355—Al-Husayn ibn Ahmad ibn Ibrahim al-Tabari informed us: al-Hasan ibn Tahir related to us: Musabbih ibn Hatim al-Basri related to us in Basra: Abd al-A‘la ibn Abd al-Karim al-Khurasani related to us: Abd Allah ibn Salih related to us, from Ali ibn Abi Talhah, from Ibn Abbas, concerning His saying, “an Arabic Quran, without any distortion” [al-Zumar 39:28]. He said: “Uncreated.”
Among the indications found in the Book by way of inference is His saying ⦗243⦘: “His command, when He wills something, is only to say to it, ‘Be,’ and it is.” [Ya-Sin 36:82]
٣٥٥ - وَأَخْبَرَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الطَّبَرِيُّ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ طَاهِرٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُسَبِّحُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ الْبَصْرِيُّ بِالْبَصْرَةِ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى بْنُ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ الْخُرَاسَانِيُّ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ , عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ , عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فِي قَوْلِهِ: ﴿قُرْآنًا عَرَبِيًّا غَيْرَ ذِي عِوَجٍ﴾ [الزمر: ٢٨] قَالَ: غَيْرَ مَخْلُوقٍ وَمِنْ دَلَائِلِ الْكِتَابِ مِنْ حَيْثُ الِاسْتِنْبَاطِ قَوْلُهُ ﵎ ⦗٢٤٣⦘: ﴿إِنَّمَا أَمْرُهُ إِذَا أَرَادَ شَيْئًا أَنْ يَقُولَ لَهُ كُنْ فَيَكُونُ﴾ [يس: ٨٢]
