270—Al-Hasan ibn Uthman informed us; he said: Muhammad ibn al-Hasan al-Sharqi ⦗157⦘ narrated to us; he said: Ja'far ibn Muhammad narrated to us; he said: Ibrahim ibn Uthman ibn Ziyad al-Massisī narrated to us; he said: Makhlad ibn Husayn narrated to us, from Hisham ibn Hassan, from al-Hasan, who said:
“Allah accepts from the adherent of religious innovation neither prayer, nor fasting, nor Hajj, nor 'umrah, nor jihad, nor expiation, nor ransom.”
The wording is that of Ja'far's narration.

٢٧٠ - وَأَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ , قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ ⦗١٥٧⦘ الشَّرْقِيُّ , قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ , قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ زِيَادٍ الْمِصِّيصِيُّ , قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مَخْلَدُ بْنُ حُسَيْنٍ , عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ حَسَّانَ , عَنِ الْحَسَنِ , قَالَ: «صَاحِبُ بِدْعَةٍ لَا يَقْبَلُ اللَّهُ لَهُ صَلَاةً , وَلَا صِيَامًا , وَلَا حَجًّا , وَلَا عُمْرَةً , وَلَا جِهَادًا , وَلَا صَرْفًا , وَلَا عَدْلًا» . وَاللَّفْظُ لِحَدِيثِ جَعْفَرٍ
