2751 – ʿAbd Allah ibn Muhammad ibn ʿAli ibn Ziyad al-Naysaburi narrated to us; he said: Abu Hamid Makki ibn ʿAbdan narrated to us; he said: Muhammad ibn Yahya narrated to us; he said: Abu Nuʿaym narrated to us; he said: Zakariyya narrated, saying: I heard ʿAmir al-Shaʿbi say: Abu Salamah ibn ʿAbd al-Rahman related to me that ʿAʾishah—may Allah be pleased with her—told him that the Prophet—peace and blessings be upon him—said, “Gabriel sends you his greetings of peace.” She replied, “And upon him be peace and the mercy of Allah.”
