2750 – ʿĪsā ibn ʿAlī reported to us; he said: ʿAbd Allāh ibn Muḥammad al-Baghawī reported to us; he said: Surayj ibn Yūnus narrated to us; he said: Yūsuf al-Mājishūn narrated, from his father, from ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn Kaʿb ibn Mālik, that ʿĀʾishah asked the Messenger of Allah—peace and blessings be upon him—“Which of your wives will be with you in Paradise?” He replied, “You will be among them.” I then supposed that this was because the Messenger of Allah—peace and blessings be upon him—had married no other virgin besides me.
٢٧٥٠ - أنا عِيسَى بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ: أنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْبَغَوِيُّ، قَالَ: نا سُرَيْجُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، قَالَ: نا يُوسُفُ الْمَاجِشُونُ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ: مَنْ أَزْوَاجُكَ فِي الْجَنَّةِ؟ قَالَ: «إِنَّكِ مِنْهُنَّ. فَخُيِّلَ إِلَيَّ أَنَّ ذَلِكَ لِأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ لَمْ يَتَزَوَّجْ بِكْرًا غَيْرِي»
