2741 – ʿAlī ibn ʿUmar narrated to us; he said: Mukram ibn Aḥmad narrated to us; he said: Muḥammad ibn Ghālib narrated to us; he said: Saʿd ibn ʿAbd al-Ḥamīd ibn Jaʿfar narrated to us; he said: ʿAbd Allah ibn Ziyād al-Yamāmī narrated to us; he said: ʿIkrima ibn ʿAmmār, on the authority of Isḥāq ibn ʿAbd ⦗1508⦘ Allah ibn Abī Ṭalḥa, from Anas, reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:

“We are the leaders of the people of Paradise—we, the children of ʿAbd al-Muṭṭalib: myself, ʿAlī, Ḥamza, al-Ḥasan, al-Ḥusayn, and the Mahdī.”
