2713 – ʿUbayd Allah ibn Muhammad ibn Ahmad related to us; he said: ʿUthman ibn Ahmad told us; he said: Abu Qilabah ʿAbd al-Malik ibn Muhammad told us; he said: ʿAbd Allah ibn Maʿmar told us; he said: Ghundar narrated to us, from Shuʿbah, from Mansur ibn ʿAbd al-Rahman, from al-Shaʿbi, who said:

“I met five hundred of the Companions of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and every one of them declared: ‘ʿAli, ʿUthman, Talhah, and al-Zubayr—all of them are in Paradise.’”
