2646 – Muḥammad ibn ʿUthmān reported to us; he said: ʿAbd al-Ghāfir ibn Salāmah narrated to us; he said: Muḥammad ibn ʿAwf narrated to us; he said: ʿUbayd Allāh ibn Mūsā narrated to us; he said: Muḥammad ibn ʿAlī al-Sulamī, from ʿAbd Allāh ibn Muḥammad ibn ʿAqīl, from Jābir ibn ʿAbd Allāh, said: “We, the Anṣār (Helpers), recognized none of our hypocrites except by their hatred for ʿAlī.”
