2562 – Muḥammad ibn al-Ḥusayn al-Fārisi narrated to us; he said: Muḥammad ibn Bakkār as-Saksī, at Bayt Lahyā, narrated to us; he said: Muḥammad ibn al-Walīd al-Hāshimī narrated to us; he said: ʿUmayr ibn ʿImrān al-Ḥanafī narrated to us; he said: Ibn Jurayj, from ʿAṭāʾ, from Ibn ʿAbbās, reported:

“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: ‘My Lord commanded me to marry my two noble daughters to ʿUthmān ibn ʿAffān.’”
